It’s worth a look!

We have a very dear regular customer who always points us to reports, reports and documentaries about our beautiful South Tyrol. Yesterday he once again sent us an e-mail with a link to a particularly beautiful report about Brixen.

The German TV and star chef Björn Freitag visits Brixen and makes a culinary and cultural foray through the region. For example, he is allowed to take an exclusive look into the bunker of our friend Hansi Baumgartner from DEGUST, where Hansi refines his cheeses. You can believe me, just looking at the many wheels of cheese makes your mouth water!

Björn Freitag also cooks a wine soup – with wine from the Neustift monastery winery. You can find our recipe for the wine soup here.
