Experience the natural spectacle when the first rays of sunlight are reflected on the Aferer and Villnösser Geisler and the Peitlerkofel mountains. The new Pfannspitz gondola lift starts for a unique ride in the dark and starry sky. From the mountain station, the Gabler can be reached in just 45 minutes on foot. Path no. 7 leads everyone easily and comfortably to the most beautiful viewing platform for the sunrise. After this unique experience the Rossalm, the Pfannspitzhütte and the Berghotel Schlemmer offer a rich and typical breakfast. The way back to the valley station can be made either comfortably with the Pfannspitz gondola lift or by foot. Also offered as a guided tour.

1. Gabler peak – Pfannspitz mountain station: 45 min. – back to the valley station with the gondola lift
2. Gabler peak – Rossalm mountain hut: 50 min. – by foot back to Schihütte (starting point)
2. Gabler peak – mountain hotel Schlemmer: 100 min.
Difficulty: intermediate hike (surefootedness required)
Equipment: headlamp, good shoes, weatherproof clothingg
